This goes to everyone who is online and have online accounts like mails and stuffs. When you're creating your account be sure to fill out the password recovery option. This will definitely help you get back your password if you have forgotten it or it has been changed by someone without your knowledge.
Without the password recovery option you would loose all the info and important data with that account and would bang your head trying to think of the password. Instead you could just use a password recovery option and complete the verification process from the site and recover your password without any headaches. Which is much easier than trying to think of passwords that you have forgotten and haven't been able to match it.
This also can be used as a security option to protect your account as your account might be compromised or be hacked or you might leave it without logging out and someone messes with it changing the password. Then your only option to get back the password would be to use the recovery option.
